All vendors except for Food trucks will be indoors (the June 26’ Sun & Moon Market will be indoor/outdoor)
There is always a chance of cross breeze with doors within the event space
Vendor location/map will be provided upon arrival day of the market
No alcohol is permitted at the market
No dogs are permitted at the market (excludes service animals)

Load-in time is listed within your invoice/acceptance email
All vendors must be show ready by 11am
Load-in is on the north side of the building
Once you have completed loading in, please move your vehicle to the dirt lot to the side of the building. This is Vendor parking
DO NOT begin tear down any earlier than 5 minutes before market close time
Once you are completely packed up, please make sure you have not left behind any valuables or trash
early tear down may result in denial from future events

There is no guarantee that a food truck will be at every Moon Market.
Please be set up by 11am to ensure availability for customers at market start
Please communicate with Moon Market owners before set up to be directed to correct parking spot
Please communicate with Moon Market owners before you leave
Please do not begin tear down any earlier than 30 minutes before markets close time. (this does not apply to sold out situations or emergencies)

You must bring your own tables, chairs, etc.
Stay within allotted space
Children should not hinder other vendors
Dogs are NOT allowed (does not apply to Service Animals)
WI-FI is not provided
No candles or incense should be burned in the event space
You are expected to maintain your booth throughout the duration of the event

Bathrooms are located on the west side of the building.
